Brew Project Update
Hoppy Thursday! Our first batch is bottled and ready to go! We brewed Blind Pig's West Coast IPA. We picked up a Pliny the Elder IIPA and brewed it on Monday. It's going through primary fermentation right now, and will be going through secondary fermentation. We're working on perfecting our brews, so we can make a signature Hoppy Trails beer!
Last week, we also started brewing our first batch of kombucha! Stay tuned to see how it turns out~
