Hoppy Thursday! Our first batch is bottled and ready to go! We brewed Blind Pig's West Coast IPA. We picked up a Pliny the Elder IIPA and brewed it on Monday. It's going through primary fermentation right now, and will be going through secondary fermentation. We're working on perfecting our brews, so we can make a signature Hoppy Trails beer! Last week, we also started brewing our first batch of kombucha! Stay tuned to see how it turns out~

We chose our Tech Tee's to be the first product on Amazon because they are a staff favorite and best seller at Hoppy Trails!
Hoppy Trails is hitting the road and heading to Fruita, Colorado this weekend for the 23rd annual Fruita Fat Tire Festival! Come stop by our booth for a first look at some of our newest products, including our newest lightweight zip-up hoodie! If you haven't bought your pass yet, it's not too late! We have a new project in the works! Today, we began assembling the brew kettle before we start brewing a batch of beer! This will be a fun side project for us as we experiment with brewing. We successfully assembled the ball valve and thermometer for the brew kettle. For this batch, we will be brewing Blind Pig's West Coast I.P.A. Stay tuned to find out how our batch turns out!
On July 9th, 2016, Snow Summit hosted the 2nd annual Crafts and Cranks Brew Festival & Bike Race. The Hoppy Trails crew joined by Phil S. from RideSFO(Super Fun Outdoors), spent the weekend in Big Bear Lake, California for some mountain bike riding and tasting of some SoCal craft beers. This was a last minute trip, so most of the campgrounds near Snow Summit were full for the weekend. I've used VRBO on many occasions, but we didn't have much luck getting any replies to our reservation requests (completely our fault for the last minute decision, so plan ahead), so...
